Iran Greco-roman wrestler Farshad Alizadeh failed to obtain Olympic license at 74kg weight class in Finland Olympic Qualifying tournament.

World bronze medalist in 2009 defeated to Petr Novak from Czech 2-0 and 1-0. Alizadeh was unable to capture the last Olympic license and Iran Greco-roman team competes in London Olympics with 6 wrestlers.

Also Iran freestyle team has 7 wrestlers in London.
